I love these easier ones. First time ever I noodle along and then the soloist uses some of the same figures I was using. That's definitely a confidence booster for someone like me that's been playing too long to be as bad as I am.

These Synthwave tracks are my favourite! All of your backing tracks are amazing, but my favourite style certainly is this synthwave stuff! And your solos are always sublime. Keep up the great work, and thank you so much!

I use these tracks to help me practice the more difficult chording and learning the fretboard. Now, with that said - I would love to have his guitar collection! 🙂

I might be wrong but I think this is composition, rather than improvisation. Still, stellar quality, I enjoy studying his solos A LOT :)

When you've been doing it a long time, it just becomes your style. What you listen to also dictates your style as it changes and evolves over time. I'm going to say that a good solo, like this, is composed or at least thought out pretty thoroughly before it's recorded. He might have 20 other takes and decided he liked this one the most so he did the video.

Careful with this one! I got way too into it, making Don Johnson suddenly appear, splash me with Polo, demand I take off my socks, then disappear into a pastel mist whispering "More Aphex baby …" 😲 ( I think he meant well, he left a box of Maxell Metal Cassettes on my coffee table - if anybody wants 'em? )
