Yep. Never happy with it. Lol I also agree on the two smaller freezers. I have one small upright and one medium chest. Also, having two freezers gives piece of mind when one craps out on you!

Agreed, my freezer went out and I had to do an emergency buy so I didn’t loose all my food. Still trying to find something that I truly love because I’m not too happy with it even though it’s workable.

Oh wow, I like those soft bags way better than the hard plastic bins I bought for our deep freeze! Gotta find me some!

New subscriber! I have a small chest freezer that looks brand new and sat up for a few years after the Hurricane don’t know why it went out. I really need it too due to my limited space. I agree everyone needs a chest freezer. Hopefully I will get it working again 🤦‍♀️! I’m so interested in your food prepping can’t wait to watch your other videos. Ty!

I have the same problem lol I switched to a standing freezer for meat and try to keep everything in rows. Still use a deep freeze for garden stuff

That is really a good ideal, keep your comment with dates someone may decide to build it. Absolutely makes sense so simple it's one of those ideals of why didn't I think of that before. Love Ruthie

Get 2-3 smaller freezer’s may help but yes it’s more electric used

Painters tape, labelled and stuck to the outside of the freezer will help you know at a glance how much you have, and where.
