Much surprised to be able to see the front line of fascia dissected. I have read about it and seen drawings but this is amazing. What a wonderful job you have accomplished!

I am amazed that the Fascia connects all the way to the tongue! I will be practicing Oral Myology or MFT soon Thanks to Sarah Hornsby's program / in USA. I wonder how long it took to do this?

But, How does releasing toung tie (fascia) helps with neck stiffness & jaw pain?

thanks for the question, basically, the tongue is used to perform many daily functions (speaking, swallowing, eating etc, and when it is restricted, the body will often over-use other muscles to compensate for the lack of mobility in the tongue. this over-use can result in the neck and shoulder tension/pain etc you are asking about. So by releasing the fascia and/or mucosa/tethered oral tissues, the tongue is able to function optimally, and thus not require the overcompensation of the other muscles. Hope that helps.
