Hi, Thanks for instructional Video ! A question please, I am just in thought of Servicing and fixing my own machines due to overheads becoming overwhelming, my Question is, where do I find out the right part and where to get it, and can I substitute parts ? Forgot to mention that there are two nuts securing the capillary inside the tank, and you supposed to screw the large one first with add on of Teflon tape or pipe tread sealant , then you screw the small nut right in after you lift the compression farell up to create thigh seal . Other wise quite accurate .

Do you have to drain the fryer to replace the t-stat probe?

hi, where are the 2 blue wires are going from the thermostat?
