Deeply Thank You! Woke up 3 days ago with gasp producing pain in right side. Not back, it wrapped around on the side to front. The spasms were so strong could not move...walking extremely difficult and painful. I did not do Anything straining the day before and taking Juniper berry 3 did not help so wasn't a kidney infection. My arthritis and gout are doing so well that the doctor has taken me off my meds. My asthma and allergies are also so much better that I am now off my meds. My last blood test showed my cholesterol and thyroid counts were both normal. I listen once a day and I started noticing that I was getting better after about a month and a half. It is also healing my spine because I can sit and stand up straighter. Old injury from childhood kept me slumped over.

​@@A.Anne.Aurora hi i dont think it matters that much i kinda listen whenever i feel like it mostly before bed cuz it puts me straight to sleep- i read somewhere that it takes around 7 minutes for your brain to synch up so id say i listen around 15 min but i always fall asleep so i cant say exactly :) most important thing is to relax anyway. you too have a great day
