Love seeing the love for him in the comment section. Been a fan since before it was cool where his technique needed a lot of work. Before enilisa was popular and dr pimple popper was the queen. he used to catch a lot of shit for leaving pores half full, a lot of swing & misses with the extractor used to drive me crazy but the blackheads in India are top notch! So proud of how far you have come and plan on enjoying as long as you keep posting. Thank you!

The difference in procedure and execution is due to the fact that Dr. Lalit Kasana is both a trained and educated doctor, AND a dermatologist, whereas the videos you are referring to are from asian spas/salons being performed by individuals with no actual education or training. I mean, they're trained as someone would be to cut hair, or work in a beauty salon, but they certainly don't have any college or medical training, and are more akin to estheticians (even though those require some school and licensing here in the US. Anyway, he works the way he does to minimize further damage (because he fully comprehends skin as an organ to maintain optimal health, knows how to cut along Langer's lines to reduce scarification, etc.) as well as mitigate any possible infection or contamination due to lack of sterilization, as again... he's a doctor. The videos of these asian beauty salons, don't always do what's best from a medical perspective, and as evidenced by the way they put the sebaceous contents on their gloves, don't always place much import on keeping tools and the work area clean and sterile.

Another excellent video. I like the fact that you know every blackhead does not have to be pricked in order to extract it and the marks left by your extractor fade so quickly. Dr Kasana, I started watching you a long time ago when you were using only the extractor. It works well for you, but I am pleased to see you use other tools, too, to get the job done and not leave content in the pores. So many others just give up and move on when their tool of choice won’t empty out a pore. Do you still have a bowl of water to clean the extractor? If so, you do not show it on camera, and many of your newer viewers might not know how efficient it is. Thanks for great videos! ... Wait, you just showed the bowl of water!

So nice to see another dr cleaning up as they go along. Enlissa clears a spot up and clears tool etc every time and now dr Lalique is doing the same. Nothing worse than seeing dirty gloves full of blackheads as they remind me so much of tapioca rice which we use to have as kids (frogs spool). Keep up the good work both of you .

Another great video! Love the little cup and it seems the least painful of all methods. I don't understand not being able to see the extraction - it's that squiggly stuff coming from the middle!. When I was 15 my skin exploded 😢 however between dabbing listerine on my breakouts and having a hot bath while I held my breathe for as long as I could and put my face under the water. All the blackheads and pimples were absorbed into the hot water. It worked for me 🙂
