Love the realness talk about friendships, idk how much you hang out with your online friends irl but it makes you realise your not bad at socialising it's other people just have bad personalitys that make you go yuck

Alas we live all over the place, so I've only met a small fraction of my online friends. I hope to meet up with more of them at cons or I'll just visit them directly, but that may take a while since I'm a bit of a germaphobe right now.

I doubt you'll see this, but if you do, according to someone in the offical DRG:S discord POTENCY is this: "Potency is the amount of status effect stacks applied when hitting the enemies" More status effect stacks means, more damage over time damage and more utility effects (crit chance from shock, extra damage from acid, more slowdown and chance to freeze from cryo)

Loving the update rate they've managed to maintain for this game. I was just playing over the weekend and thought this was an older update, but nope the update dropped yesterday!

I've heard the weird, oddly cute mineral bug be called the "bunny" by another YTer that thought it was part of their Easter update a bit back, not that long after your last video on this. Glad to see you returned and managed to find the weird thing twice. Kinda unfortunate you lost some meta progression but at least it looks like you only partly lost it as everything seemed to still be partially filled out despite the lack of cores to begin with. Did they just lower the value increase for every old node and add more levels so it's more incremental and possibly slightly better by the final upgrade? Idk, I don't play games for the most part, but new update seems fun so far so glad to see it back, hopefully for a couple more videos. Man I'd love to play this for the meme builds once some progression is made and they're slightly less self sabotaging to choose, but I assume that requires PC access I don't have Always kinda nice listening to your commentary during these kinda game runs and do fully agree with your thoughts on bad company and also multiclassing! Hey, if ya can't be so obscenely good at one job that you make yourself virtually irreplaceable, always good to pick up multiple skillsets so changing professions is always an option. Although... I'm now mighty curious what you'd choose to do if you started a webcomic as that's exactly what I've been looking into recently, since I kinda put all my eggs into one basket from an early age and now find myself in the position of not having the skills to work a single traditional job, but I can draw extremely well within a certain range of subjects and can write short stories but struggle with longer writing prompts (don't let this message length fool you, I'm good at filler, not prolonged content) and would love to be working freelance. I suppose only time will tell though, I'm asocial, possibly bordering on antisocial so I could never do this kinda job in a million years at this current point in time lol. Big respect for people that can though, I wish I had that much energy for commentary and social stuff

That thing that run away from you was mineral bug, same as in DRG, it gives more minerals than loot bug (white one).

Meta progression is basically incremental right?

Yes and no. The meta progression is multiplicative upgrades with the upgrades you get in game. So if you have +40% damage from meta and you get +10% damage in a run, you get (base + 10%)*1.4

All stat-based progression is "incremental", most games just don't embrace beeg number for it to really count as an incremental game. It's like how you wouldn't really call Pokemon an incremental game, but you could for Disgaea.

Looks like a good update. Did you see that only rank 3 was lit up for biome mastery, I wonder if each rank grants you a general bonus in that biome or if you only get the highest zone unlocked. I did like the lonmger runs, lets you flesh out a build more. Would be fun to see a full throwable grenade run with 10 levels, could be goofy.

In the main game the twins also heal eachother. They do it transferring health from one to another, but the one being "healed" gets MORE than what the other gives... so you really want to keep both as equal as possible.
