Love to see Joey out with you, most probably you have shot it, caught it and done it all over the years. It would be great to see the people around you doing more of catching, shooting extra. It’s the greatest gift to a friend, letting them be the star. I personally have given away my Antelope and deer tags Through the years to make a child or person have a memorable experience. Good luck!! I really enjoy your channel!

Something I realized near the end of this video. Whenever Rob's cooking for himself, he always makes something simple and quick. The only times he goes all-out with the plating and the sauces and the different food groups is when Sarah and/or guests are around. He makes only the best for his family and friends and that is beautiful and heartwarming.

Thank you. I have grown up in Palm Beach County and fished my whole life. I love the positive energy and that you thank the creator for your blessings. I also love watching you guys freshwater fishing and are catching fish that were not around when we (I turn 40 this year ) were young. There we no clown knife fish or snakeheads just bass, brim, cats, mudfish, you know. I get excited when you swim in your pond. That's awesome. Please keep up the good work! Lastly, Joey is an amazing dude. The thanksgiving video of what he does to service the community is commendable. I do admit that I teared up. You better believe if I see your boat while I'm snook hunting on my skiff, I'm gonna give you a big "Yo! Deer Meat!!" P.S Everglades has been my go to as well, Lol. God bless!

Robert, speaking of growing a bumper crop, I might end up with my first bumper crop this year, as I think I’m finally doing something right for a change. I have organic fertilizer, a layer of grass clippings to keep the heat and moisture in, chicken and rabbit poop for fertilizer, and plenty of water. My crops, since that fertilizer was put on, have started growing BIG TIME! My crops looked like they were going to fizzle out, but the organic fertilizer was the thing they needed to survive. My plants were, as they say, “saved by the bell”.

Try using 1/4 part whole milk instead of all water in cooking your grits. Makes them creamier and softer textured. We ate garlic butter shrimp and grits for dinner while I watched your video! Yum!!!

Here is the problem. Rob praised the president on the last video for the 'korea relations' but hasnt said a word about his actions on the border. Shame on you deermeat.
@TimandVic-yy3yc6 жыл бұрын
There's enough negativity about our president, great job Rob.
@trumpisatraitor50586 жыл бұрын
All of the negativity is justified. They're allegations of treason, defying the judiciary (creating a constitutional crisis), refusing to enact laws enacting by Congress that he signed (another constitutional crisis), attacks on the media (another constitutional crisis), witness tampering (a criminal offense), and crimes against humanity. And don't a Trumpist dare start a "Whataboutism" argument. If your only defense is "What about Obama/Clinton/Pelosi/Schumer", then your position is indefensible.

I grew up eating porgies and snapper. Plus sea trout, catfish and sea bass and spots. Actually whatever came home. Usually had potato salad, sweet potatoes and greens. Often at church with the older ladies. I have eaten more than my share of grits but never with seafood. I will try that next. Nope, never caught a grouper or tuna or swordfish. Used to go on the bay with my brother catching blue fish and mackerel mostly, until we almost crashed into the rocks. So I will enjoy watching you do the fishing boat thing. Works for me!

My dad and I used to catch a lot of porgy off of Long Island. He used to make a sweet soy sauce, minced garlic and minced onion marinade and marinate the fish for a few hours. (Fish was cleaned and left whole with cuts down the sides). Then it was either pan fried or baked in the oven and eaten with white rice. Really good, give it a try!

You can tell when they are way out to sea or closer in to the shore by the water color and clarity. The brighter blue that has that real dark blue way down deep means they are out there. If the water is a darker blue and you can't see the gradual darkening of the depths
