It's cool that Scriptwelder's games in the Don't Escape Series and Deep Sleep Series are connected. They all reference each other at some point and, in my belief, all take place in the same universe. Don't Escape 4 further proves that.

These games absolutely nailed the eeriness of the 'other world' feeling of being in a dream or thinking you are - everything was so close to reality but just off. As with the other trilogy, this sequel seems like a fairly big upgrade. We're getting some lore on the Shadow People, a pretty nice scare from another Traveler and a reward for paying attention to the events of the first game by saving that kid.

fun fact is, that Cody is the boy from Don't Escape 4 days to survive and if you have the second night dream, you can use the stairs in the living room, wich weren't there before, if you had used the the disk from Sidereal Plexus in the moon station before. Then you will see Barry's wife and Cody's plush tiger. I really love those little details that scripwelder uses in his games, amazing

here's a fun fact, in the original game of "this game", one of the notes is actually hidden in the attic where the crazed lady is in but it was easily missed since people would panic trying to get out of the room, here in the "trilogy" scriptwelder changed it so that it's easily seen and completed

We've seen some of these locations before so the "if you see the same patterns it's a dream thing" certainly applies :P Monster appeared way sooner than in the first game i guess the tension racked up by the end of that game 3:20 surprised we have NCPs. Nice that they set up another enemy before we meet her. But there's a lot of exposition thrown at us! Shining a light on shadow people seemed to hurt them in the first game so even if it wasn't just antlers the light would probably help 9:00 kinda odd it wasn't setting up an ambush, seems pointless to have it drop if it did nothing 11:00 physics puzzles? is this the real half life 3? 14:00 cool reuse of environments, we're ready to be scared of this room 16:00 hopefully turning valves isn't helping the shaddow people! I wonder how we turned the lighthouse on if the power's off 19:00 good thing they established she's human so light doesn't hurt her
