I think it was better when the app didn't show you select comments from the feed. I know they are trying to encourage people to use the comments section, which is good for channel growth in general, but for playthroughs, reveals, and unboxings, there is an expectation the comments will have loads of spoilers in them so you shouldn't have the chance to see them until you want to. I am wondering, if I was to add the first comment and pin it, would that always be the comment highlighted? That would remove the risk of spoilers.

It looks like it's going to be a sort of wave defender game, where you have to block all of the tunnels the rats are coming from. I will crack the rules in the video on December 24 as you aren't supposed to look at them until then.
