First time seeing or hearing anything like this - that said I naturally make these similar throat sounds and didn’t pay too much attention to it until my son asked me why I was making that “noise”. I noticed I do it when I’m feeling overwhelmed or stressed and it seems to calm me down. I’ll have to do more research on this sound and culture. Thank you for posting this!

@@healing-waves You're welcome, in 2010 I got diagnosed with minor depression, and was put on a course of 30 SSRI tablets, I finished the course of tablets and felt better, as a way of coping in my day to day living, I turned to psychedelic trance music, and other forms of music with a calming effect, I haven't had to go back on medication since I finished the course of tablets.

Mongols used to Turkish language, Turkish alphabet, Turkish words on the moneys, Mongol used Turkic warriors in almost all their army. In Chinese sources Chengiz Khan introduced himself as a Turkic. Hunnic, Turkic and Mongolic people are brothers. They are coming same culture same area and same blood. We are the son of Tengri.
