Meditation Transcript:
And now let's begin with nice and comfortable. It's okay if there are noises and distractions around you. This is a journey inwards. So whatever happens outside does not matter. Sit as you would if you were the best version of yourself right now. Sit with dignity. A good posture will help you be available for this meditative experience. Release all expectations, yearnings, and desires.
This will block you. Let yourself free. Give yourself the opportunity to experience who you are. The cause, your very own existence. Here and now, in the present moment. Transcend your thoughts. Transcend your limiting beliefs, transcend yourself.
And so sit and breathe calmly through the nose. Notice the rhythm of that breath in your body, dancing harmoniously to it. Pretend it goes up. Breathe out. It goes down. Close your eyes. If you have not done so already. Put the tip of your tongue behind your upper teeth. This will help the energy flow throughout the body. This meditation is in two parts.
The first part is a deep, transcendent meditation. We will use a set of vibrations that will create by normal beats as our point of focus. Second part will be an important contemplation, but the hands to the heart, either in the praying position or flat on the chest, whatever, feels more natural to you. Before we start, we will dedicate this meditation, this session to somebody or a group of people.
It can be anybody, somebody that you know, somebody that you don't know, somebody that you love or somebody that you've lost, somebody that you're having challenges with. Maybe deep inhale through the nose and then the exhalation. We project our love, gratitude and appreciation towards that person. Take your time to feel the connection, to feel the bond, to feel the interdependence of all things within the ecosystem of nature.
I will now introduce you to the vibrations when you find them. Put your mind, your focus gently, effortlessly on that vibration, putting it in the foreground of your mind, and keep it there for the entirety of the meditation. When thoughts come to try to eliminate the thoughts and don't engage with these thoughts, simply go back gently and effortlessly towards the vibration.
When the vibrations fade out, gently reproduce it in your Own mind, keeping it alive naturally.

You may now let go of the vibration. Let go of the focus. Let your mind wander. Take a nice deep breath. Open your eyes before I let you go. I will share a passage by Chiang Tzu as food for thought, as an object of contemplation or prompt for journaling. He says:
"During our dreams, we do not know we are dreaming. We may even dream of interpreting a dream. Only on waking do we know it was a dream. Only after the Great Awakening Will we realize that this is the great dream."
