Deep Under the Mountain | Croesor-Rhosydd Through Trip

Three Cornishmen take on the best through trip in Wales!

The trip is only about 1.5 miles (2.4km) underground but takes about 6hrs depending on your group speed. If speed was all you cared about and knew the place well I'm sure you could do the trip in less than 2hrs.
Make sure to bring a large, metal wheeled pulley for the tyrolean/zip line. Smaller sizes get stuck on the coarse metal wires.

INCREDIBLE explore! I like how every water crossing employed a different method, making each it's own challenge. One could fly an RC plane in some of those massive stopes and galleries.

I'm curious. After the first pitch are you below the flooded upper level we see at the end of the entrance tunnel? Or back to the same level. The pitch looked high. Great video.

Ive got a copy of the Rhosydd survey but ive never seen a Croesor survey. Let alone the 2 overlaid on a map. Where did you find that?
