I'm really struggling with letting my guard down and leaning on others, and I'm trying to work on it - I'm not there yet. As others have said, lowering my defenses is VERY difficult, with my experiences in life. Most of the time, in person, I absolutely cannot do that. This sort of video is a welcome relieve for me.

omg i remember stumbling across a video of yours 6 years ago (the ear-to-ear crinkle one), around the time i was preparing for my GCSEs, and i found huge comfort in that video. i think at one point youtube just stopped recommending me your channel, and i had unfortunately failed to recall it as well, but i'm so so glad that i was able to find you again! i think it's the fact that i am once again staying up and pulling all-nighters, but not due to exams this time, just stress from thinking about the future as well as the fact that i recently got diagnosed with a horrible disease. i also have an interview in a few hours but nothing was making me calm down - until this video. thank you so much luuke, i can't wait to finally sleep well and ace the interview soon. hope you have a good day as well! and happy new year :) (i turned on notifications this time, and you bet the name is now etched into my brain haha)
