Happiness is likely easier to find when you’re sitting on top of a multi-million dollar empire

An empire based on fraud and misinformation, to boot.

In a talk Deepak gave in San Francisco, I was seated front row. He was trying to mix Quantum physics terms with spirituality and other stuff, JUST to "appear" smart/knowledgeable. Anyone who knew some basic physics could see he was making a fool of the audience. He is after fame and wealth. A happy person never chases wealth or name/fame. He's ONLY a big show-off and FRAUD like others have also rightly said.

Why am I subscribed to a channel that calls a woo-peddler "great"? Fixing that now.

If you'd confronted and dealt with death, you wouldn't be speaking, unless they animated your corpse for this.

The problem we have with happiness is that it is fundamentally irrational and a barrier to real meaning, and we are a rational thinker who values truth, which makes us extremely content. Life, for the individual organism, is not positive. It is pain and endless decay, potentially accident cutting that short even before you've achieved the entire purpose of our existence: To replicate our genes, to breed in our case. If you do not do that, you are pointless as an organism. To think otherwise is only denying reality. That said, denial of reality is necessary for the prevention of the elimination of the species, so we have natural dopamines and illusory notions that our brains create (pleasure, etc) which convince us that the suffering is in fact pleasureable. In a word, we are all deluding ourselves constantly, by our very physical, very real nature. As far as we can tell, the PURSUIIT of Happiness is simply a grift, a racket. One either discovers one's own version of happiness or one will remain unhappy, which is not necessarily the worst thing that's ever happened. So go get em Deepak! It may be a grift or a racket but there's no denying the very real positive effects of your work, and the work of people like you. Look at that, no need for happiness when you have honesty and reality and a healthy sense of your place in the universe. And a grift or a racket is not necessarily a bad or useless thing, either. ♪

@Optimus Phoenix Prime Shape is usually the issue in matters like these, or Form. Abstract as it may get, the topology still is intimately related to the function of the creation. Certainly relevant if discussion is to be achieved.
