Hey everyone! =) I apologize I haven't been uploading as much. I used to have some help filming and editing my videos, and now I'm doing everything myself ( Byrons been filming) + with school being out for summer I'm in full time mom mode. I'm hoping to become more consistent and back to "normal" in the fall. I love to share these tips on my channel because I hope to encourage you, mom or not, to carve out that time for yourself and dig deeper in your self care routine.

It’s nice that your videos show people the importance of taking time for self care. Doing things that promote a organized and clean home, taking time to take care of yourself and do things you love to do. I get so caught up with errands and obstacles I have to remind myself to slow down and take a break and just breathe. Your chickens are so sweet. They just love to be loved on. 😊

Thank you for sharing. A lot of people think that self care is always having some spotty or something of that nature. And I like the way your approaches something as simple as walking in the grass or pity or dogs or doing something like taking time to read your Bible meditate. It's so important just some quiet time period as a matter of fact I was in the car and because I have a two-year-old I tend to always have something on for her and I thought well I'm in the car by myself I should turn the radio on with just a regular radio station that I haven't heard in a while and then I turned it off and just felt like the quiet was enough.

Also thank you for saying that you didn't do all these things in one day. Because I know there are people that would try to get these things done and feel overwhelmed when they can't accomplish it
