Any plans on the how/when the bridge will be replaced? Are they keeping the towers that did not collapse?

The entire bridge will be replaced. There is no sense in putting a couple billion dollars of new superstructure on 50 year old unprotected bridge piers. They hope to have the new bridge done in 2028.

The Port of Philly recognized they had issues which they managed to address. Who was responsible for overseeing the FSK bridge? And who was the Bay Pilot on the Dali?

The ship should not have been cleared to depart. Not sure how that is regulated. Didn't the Captain report to the pilots that it was mechanically sound? That was a lie.
