My brother-in-law got a false 498A and DV case slapped onto him. The cops showed up and assessed the situation. It turned out that one of the cops also had false cases filed against him, so he understood. The police did not push the case and no arrest was made, and no charge sheet was given (without asking for a bribe).

The laws in India are heavily skewed in favour of women especially after the Nirbhaya case of 2012. The saddest part is that the very laws made to protect women are used by some of them to exploit the other gender. So to answer your question, although he says he'll file a case against her for perjury, etc but no the woman will not end up paying a single dime to this man for the trauma caused and the worst thing is that this is considered the norm😢😢

No the expenses won't be allowed under any section from 30 to 38 of the Income Tax Act, especially since the charging sections 28 and 41 are not invoked. Also, if alimony is received every month, it's taxed as Income From other sources without any deduction. A lump sum alimony, being a capital receipt is not taxable at all.

Im a single child for my parents. After few relati9nships and seeing many friends suffer in marriage i made up my mind long ago to never get married. I never wanted kids so as it is marriage was less of a concern and the ever increasing BS of modern wo,en due to feminism and biased laws meant i decided to stay single. Wrong. Absolutely wrong. You can see other videos of Deepika Bhardwaj where a man named Priyank Kedia who was falsely accused of dowry by his wife. He was adamant and daredevil and got divorced without any alimony and also secured AIR 42 in all India CA exams. There are some men who came out from such things as if nothing happened. In this case, ultimately Mehul won the entire battle, and he can get job no matter what. He got honorably acquitted from false case which is enough for anyone to get government job by cracking entrance exam like Priyank. And you are talking about wife who won this battle. Well, she lost the battle though she cheated on him and demanded alimony and maintenance, but Mehul got divorced without any alimony and maintenance. Long story short, she was not able to fulfill her dream to get 1 crore even after sleeping with someone else. Who knows her current boyfriend will leave her after some years.

Just because you are belonging to those group of men who like to do settlement in false cases despite being innocent person, then I can't do nothing. And I know how to teach such woman as well as corrupted cops a lesson because my father is HC lawyer, and I am also law student doing LLM. I have seen a doctor who got falsely accused of dowry by his wife. She (herself a doctor) demanded 2 crores to do settlement. But do you know what happened. He came out clean as if nothing happened. He didn't lose his job as he was government doctor. He got divorced without any alimony within 3-5 years of litigation. He prosecuted her for perjury. YOU WAKE INTO REALITY THAT YOU CAN TEACH SUCH WOMAN A LESSON.

I have heard so many cases where girls marry for accusing their partner , nd then for settlement they demands hefty amount of money . Girls put allegations for dowry ,molestation etc nd police not only puts her husband but also the whole family of guy behind the bars ...whenever i hear these things ,i get scared becoz it can happen with my brothers too . There should be very strict laws against these types of women .

These cases are done because of our countries weak and biased laws. The cases will be less if all these laws can be revived and any party found guilty whether husband or wife will be given jail term and huge penalty and also those law consultants who helped on the same then 90% of the false cases on dowry, 498A, maintenance will be abolished from the country and many family can be saved.
