One thing I have learnt from the very beginning before choosing a girl in a relationship is that how her mother is in terms of looks, mind and behaviour. Almost 80% of the story relates to my brother's life. My sister in law acted so well initially, and then they created issues unnecessarily so that she can find some fault in us and leave. She tried to provoke and keep the phone in recording. By chance of you get triggered and say a word, that recording will be sent to women's fellowship. 2 weeks stay with husband, and then stays 2 months in her maternal home. For discussion we called her parents, but straight away they filed a police complaint in Hyderabad. She police team in Hyderabad has judged we are at fault even without hearing our story. Now my sister in law has filed a false CrPC 498a on my family members. To which bail cost, lawyer fees everything came upto 3Lakhs so far. This case is going on since 2 years till now no solution. We get a notice from court for hearing, we travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad, attend court and the judge gives another date to appear for discussion. That date has been prolonging and we've been travelling to hyderabad along with family members because all names are in accused list. Just be careful guys in choosing wife. Because before marriage they are different and after marriage they change. Law is favourable to women . Even though she's earning and has enough for living, husband only should pay for maintenance, alimony, etc.. one wrong women can make our life miserable.

In general, when people do wrong FIR or file false cases, immediately file counter FIR and counter cases. Let them also suffer the legal costs, at the very least it's an inconvenience for them as well. It's always good to have decent lawyers as contacts or friends.

This is more of like mental sickness. We don't want to involve in any of police or court related. So we didn't take any step for counter FIR.

I myself know of a family who were well to do as a result of such marriage to their son, even though he got divorced after much struggle ...they have become paupers... my case was different though got rid with much less harrasment except for my layer fees...but then when I understood the law ...I realized if a women files a case especially domestic harrasement male is gone ...financially and emotionally.
