Is anticipatory bail required in 498A case? Will the accused be arrested after registration of FIR?

There is no arrest. You will get section 41a notice and if you don’t respond to notice and cooperate in the investigation, then there will be arrest. Hire a good lawyer and they can get the copy of Fir from the station. Depending on the situation, anticipatory bail may be needed or not needed.
