I am from Wisconsin and have many times used ranch dressing instead of mayo with finely chopped onions and celery and a little salt and pepper to make a fish spread from our leftover pan fish. I had one friend who always invited me over when he had gone fishing as he loved to take that with his lunch when he went to work as foreman at a christmas tree farm. The other guys would beg him to trade sandwiches with them. !!!

This was a really fun one to watch & learn from on many levels. It started out beautifully(gorgeous sunset) but the trip was too short. Then you made that fish dish like my mother made her chicken salad and included Dr. Brother Arrington(I'm guessing) so by the end it all congealed into a sweet family video. Delicious!
