Oh! Mrs Wanda! I forgot to tell you that I made your carrot salad the other day, using pears. My Mama (doesn’t really have a taste for anything anymore) tried it and absolutely loved it (as did I!!) I made a huge double batch of it and we ate it all within 2 days 😂 She has asked me to make it again today. So thank you so much for something my Mama actually wants to eat! And it’s so good on a hot day. I can’t decide if it’s a side dish or dessert, but we made it a meal 😆

I did a container garden this year on weed fabric (1st garden in my life... and I'm 70!). I am so excited to announce I will harvest 1 large zucchini in a day or 2!! With several more coming in. Growing your own food is SO rewarding and worth the work. I've learned so much from you. I'm looking forward to tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, lettuces, a bunch of herbs AND sweet potatoes (that I learned from you). Already planning on doubling it's size next year to include more! Thank you Danny for sharing all your knowledge. Congratulations on you haul :)

I am shocked! After the rain night before last came out and I had a 3" banana pepper where there hadn't been one the night before! I was so excited as I don't have a whole lot of luck with peppers usually! I thought the Cherokee Purple tomatoe were actually purple! I've got 2 plants this year. Never had them before! Those peaches had my mouth watering! My husband Scott is now in surgery. It's a 12 hour surgery. Any prayers would be greatly appreciated....

As a child my family would vacation down south and before interstates. We would stop at fruit stands and get preaches. They were like no store bought peach ever. When you bite into them and the juice runs down your arm you know you have the perfect peach. Taste like no others. Always looked forward to the stands along the Highway.

This year our focus on pepper plants and I'm happy about that cuz we got a lot of Bonnie Peppers Turkish sweet peppers, lunchbox Peppers, honey Pippin peppers and just recently transplanted some eggplants. As well as Jing okra there are pretty orange okra.... cannot wait till I get to plant in a greenhouse myself! Y'alls Harvest was awesome

Peaches in two years, that's wonderful. I'm hoping my young tree holds on to a few this year, it's the first year for it to produce and it has dropped a few early. I learned that is normal for a young tree due to the thinness of it's branches. It's like the tree knows it can't hold too many full grown peaches, or branches would break. God's intelligent design at work!
