We should add the whiskey sierra modding “Walker 6500 Gallon Tank” trailer. It’s more US style. If I can get in contact with him, we can get approval to add a 1.1 FS22 version with anhydrous. Wouldn’t be too hard to add the anhydrous ammonia HAZMAT placard (1005) and turn it into a version which one would see in US(Mississippi Tank Company)

I didn’t read through all the comments.. but when drying crops in real life, it is not a “1 to 1” deal.. there is what they call “shrink”. Wet corn would weigh more than dry corn so the place where you haul your corn in the fall (or whenever you haul it) would do two things. 1. Apply the shrink formula reduce the bushels accordingly & 2. Charge you what it would cost to dry to 15% moisture what you hauled in have hauled in.

Yes I like the idea around a subtle adjustment in the weights, I’m not sure how easy it would be to add variable moisture into it but it would be very cool to do that, let’s hope a modder is thinking along those lines already 👍

Random thought. Watching this video at 60fps looks buttery smooth. Yet, I find i have to unlock my frame rate because 60 fps looks and feels choppy to me in this game now. That's fine, I get over 100 fps in Elmcreek in this game which is great, but I don't know if it's my PC, my monitor, I'm guessing just me and getting used to running stuff at a higher frame rate. Like i said though the video looks fine, but i can tell if farm sim is "only" at 60 fps. Anyway, map looks good, i think I might have to ditch my base game save for this.

With productions and reduced animal counts in pens, it will be tough to satisfy my dream map requirements in a 2x2km map. Calmsden appears so far to be that dream map, however this map has even larger and fewer fields at the expense on no town, productions, or built in pens. Maybe Stone Valley...which apparently will have a 2x2 and a 4x4 version. This map definitely looks great for pure farming solo play. And kudos for the grain dryer - brings better price balance to corn.

They have actually added a tool bar and tanks to the pack when you download. So you can now use anhydrous the right way

Hey FSG. Regarding the anhydrous. There is a tool bar out already that plows and applies product. Its the B&B tool bar converted over from FS19 Flint Hills. Works great.

wonder if autodrive will lett you pass those waybridges? they did not in fs19. having problems with autodrive on other maps anyways. seems like vehicles get stuck or jut stop driving for some reason.

Great to see the custom geo, a sorghum/oats -> wheat/barley -> soybean rotation will give you 3 harvests in 2 years. I didn't see you scroll down to grass, so I wonder if the growth months have been reduced, so you can't get 3 full cuts per year as you can in stock maps, which is just silly. But maybe not perfectly realistic as you can still do all crops, like sugar cane, cotton, grapes and olives.

Unzip it, there are vehicles included with the map, so within the zip files are the other zip files that actually go into your mod folder

@@TheFarmSimGuy FS22_DeerCreek_UNZIP.zip is how it downloads to my download file and I move it from my downloads to my documents\ My Games\Farming Simulator2022\mods file. All other FS22 mods have been done this way with no problem but Deer Creek map doesn't transfer correctly this way.

The clue is in the file name, you need to unzip the download zip file, as there are custom vehicles that come with the map.

Are you loading it in with all your other mods? could be a conflict, start a new gtame with only the map and all other mods turned off and then at least you'll know that's the issue

Nice map but can’t buy any equipment it says delivery area full. Delivery mod doesn’t work and same with the ford truck truck (which I loved in fs19) it’s just little pieces that show lol

It’s a shame really there isn’t a way they could release it for all platforms but give pc player’s the option to have the propane and fertiliser because it’s not like they do anything different ie you could dry corn without the propane and use normal fertiliser but I understand that it’s for all the role play and realistic people

Sorry, I know it’s frustrating, but it’s just the way it is, getting mods on console is a far more time consuming process and with much more red tape in terms of what is and isn’t allowed, like licensing and scripts.

I think they were suggesting they've not designed it with animals in mind, of couse you can put animals on then map, but if you just want to fire up the map and start playing without having to place sheds etc, there isn't any animal sheds or a farm that's animal focused set up on the map in new farmer mode.

Bottom line it’s a closed system, managed by Sony, they don’t want these mods on their system, so as Tactics said there is nothing the modders or giants can do about it unless Sony want to (which they won’t) the only solution if you want all them mods is to change from console to PC
