I am 84 and have hunted deer since I was 14 from Wisconsin, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas and Colorado. I hunt by whatever means is legal. Bow, muzzleloader, rifle and crossbow. Even shotguns with dogs. Everyone has the right to choose how they want to hunt and should keep their mouth shut about how others choose to hunt. As long as it is legal. It is a free country, at present.

@@jricks31 I like it for the price. I was surprised how well it worked in the late season bringing them out during daylight hours. The biggest downfall would be the height. It’s not very adjustable, it was either to tall for the deer and a pain to fill or low enough where raccoons could stick their arm up and pull corn out. Obviously with a little effort in just lifting it a few inches this can be corrected. I haven’t been a big feeder guy until last season on this particular piece of land but I was pleasantly surprised by their performance.

I have not. I think it would work just fine though. I can’t see a reason why it would be an issue.

The extra set of legs is for if you want to put the automatic spin feeder on instead of gravity fed

I believe it says like 200lbs but I put (4) 40lbs bags in which is 160lbs and it seemed pretty topped off.

You are 100% right! Fortunately we were able to buy the property behind where the feeder is so I don’t even need it anymore.
