I’ve got a killer recipe for almost any fish. You grill the fish whole. Just cut a few strips in the skin on each side and rub sea salt in them, then pull out the guts and stuff it with actual lemon grass, garlic, onion, and peppers if you like. Grill until the skin is crispy and a little burned and the eyes are popping out. And boom simple gourmet meal 👍👍👍👍

That was an awesome film to watch! Incredible to think that a cold water river fish would be that huge. I've met a handful of guys that catch them in the Colombia River near Kettle Falls, Washington.

The meat looks exactly the same as sweetwater eel which is surprisingly also a bottom scavenger. You know that meat deserves to be smoked just like we do with eel, in my opinion, the best way to prepare the oily fish is to smoke it hole, just gut it and smoke it that way you don't lose any meat trying to get a filet out of it and the smoking process transforms into totally different flavors.

i once caught a 33" Sturgeon that put up no fight. i wish i could have kept him but he was not between the 36" and 55" measurements to keep here in Oregon at the time.

He releases the sturgeon he caught in the video, and it is shown. Whether it looks like it or not, it is illegal to even take the fish out of the water for a picture in Idaho. He said he was going to order wild caught sturgeon off of the internet, so who knows where it really came from.

Even though it was both wise and necessary to release that large sturgeon, my brain was exploding at how much delicious fish was swimming away. The smaller ones taste better anyway but I don't think you can judge anything by that Florida fossil you cooked. You did very well with what you had but please, I think you need get a better fish to test. Thanks for the fun from here in Oregon.

So Awesome and Anyone who See's this message you are so valuable and special to Jesus, he died for your sins so that they can be forgiven ,come to him as you are doesn't matter how broken you think you are , he loves you so unconditionally , no matter where you've been and he knows you personally doesn't matter what you done he'll forgive and wait for you to come to him so he can give you rest no joke he loves you so much! I was spiritually dead wanted to die didn’t care about life ,I went through so much in life physically and mentally that my feeling became num in a way and I started seeking God and He found me he revealed stuff to me and why I had to go through certain stuff in my life, only to bear more fruit in my life ,I’m not telling people about Jesus because some pastor told me to or something else I’m telling people because He gives a peace that surpasses understanding 😔👍

Robert your videos bring me back to a time where my father and I use to go hunting and fishing. Back then it was about getting the biggest whitetail buck or who can catch the most fish. Now I just wish we can go again just to spend some quality time with each other. Time is so slow as a child, but as a adult, it flys.

Good day, I know I haven't fished for Sturgeon in 20 years but, we used to fish the bottom of Bonneville Dam, from the Oregon side of the Columbia River. I don't know if the laws have changed but, back then, you could keep your fish if it was between 60 and 72 inches. My mom would soak it in buttermilk for awhile and deep fry it. Eating it was like eating a Nice Steak.
