Soap fish = snook... if you don’t remove the skin on a snook when cooking, it tastes like soap.

I want to thank you, Rob for sharing the parts of your real life with us, your viewer family! I personal found your channel by the grace of GOD! It came at a very needed time and point in my life. I love seeing you Sarah and the girls interacting. The way you live and things you do are so relatable for a lot of us. It’s always raw and true life. There’s so much I’d love to say and thank you for, I could go on for days. Just know your loved and shared with everyone I can tell you about. Whenever I’m talking outdoors with anyone I find ways to incorporate your name and channel. I watch your channel daily. I think I watched 6 hrs the first night I found DMFD! I think I’ve saw every video you’ve made and some of them I’ve watched 2-3 times again! I’m now a Everglades lover and user! I love and promote Engel Coolers. I love Paul, Joey and uncle Larry. They all feel like my own family and friends! Thank you again for all you do and for being an inspiration to me. Love ya brother, GOD bless you and the family!!! With that “WE GONE!”

MOONFISH! I was born raised on an island on one of the causeways connecting Miami Beach to Miami. We used to catch them and eat them weekly. They would love to hang out by pilings and under bridges. They'd hit shrimp, and sometimes even mullet strips. Man, it was great taking me back in time, fishing in a very similar place with gorgeous houses, coconut palms and mangroves.

I've been really enjoying all your videos. My Dad started me fishing when I was five. The best times of my life were out on the water with him. Now I'm wearing down. If there was a make a wish foundation for over the hill adults, my wish would be to spend a day fishing with you on the gutbucket Robert! Out on the sea gives you a real appreciation for the wonder if God's creation. Keep on angling and praising the Lord.

I love watching and following your videos for years. I would love to live your lifestyle. That is a beautiful fish indeed. As much as you have passionate for catching and eating fish and now seeing that now you have a huge ranch, I would love to see your intricate landscape with fish ponds stocked with the variety of fish and creatures you caught while out doing videos. I envision your ranch with intricate landscape lined with beautiful trees and flowers for your beautiful girls, family, and friends to hang out while you have a cookout. I know this reality would be a heaven for me and many viewers to watch. Hoping this would become a reality of paradise for your family some day. You are so blessed to have this lifestyle and be able share it with us. You have such a beautiful family. Your daughters are so beautiful and a mirror of deer mom and soon to be KZbin celebrity in the future. You live an amazing life!

Love the videos Rob, I just have one qualm. At 18:00 you attempt to define what life is all about. Life is not exactly all about enjoying it, life it is all about loving other people (not just your family). If you can enjoy it while doing it then by all means, but enjoying it should not be the most of our concern. Unfortunately many seem to feel this way. Either way, keep up the vids bud!
