I’ve had 2 heart attacks this year and ur an inspiration to me. I’m 45 and I have a hole in my heart that I didn’t know I had. Sometimes my heart doesn’t produce enough oxygen to my lungs. Gonna have heart surgery soon to repair the hole in my heart. My last heart attack was December 16 and I caught RSV in the hospital. I nearly died the 20th because I retained so much water it was on my lungs and heart and my heart wasn’t producing enough oxygen. Got all the water off and now waiting to see a heart doctor in Austin at Austin heart to fix that hole in my heart. I’m 45 with a 15 year old son and we love to hunt and fish. Ur recovery shows I can do it also. Let’s go. Happy New Year

Because you and Sarahhave touted the Helix mattress, my wife and I called and had a store owner open this afternoon and we tested all the Helix mattresses and settled on the queen Helix Twilight Elite Hybrid. I'm 4 weeks in after rotator cuff surgery and working on my range of motion for another 4 weeks before beginning strengthening PT. It would have been near impossible for me to wrestle that mattress into position and then remove our old mattress (Sleep Number), so it's being delivered to the store where we purchased it and will be delivered and setup and the old mattress removed. Hey brother sorry to hear about the lactose intolerant or at least agitated try stuff like goat cheese usually a lot easier on you also use heavy whipping cream for cooking and if you want some for cereal you just add a splash of water to it our bodies are not designed for the lactose in milk much pass being a child does a solid proper fats of cream different story great nutrient source great to see you coming back stronger everyday one of these days you're going to invite me over for when I miss Betty's breakfast hopefully with a leftover bowl of her cornbread stuffing in the fridge
