Dealer : that will be $2,500$ sir! Diagnose problem Tear down equipment Test it Put it back together. And then they say they need to do more tests to make sure the test they did was accurate.

My truck 2015 D13 not use def , Looks like tank always full , it’s pump failed or something else , I’m still hearing a humming after shut truck off . Thank you

I have same problem now , I stuck with full def and "service def, 5 mph". Def fluid gauge didn t move from full and the tanks it s actually full after 4-5 h drive . I don t know how to test the pump without the computer activation and all those tools . Did you fix your problem ? Did you try removing the line from dozer and see if anything comes out thru the line ?

Is ther any pins I can conect with the battery to have the pump "on" (doser injector is new and I do get 12.7 ohm at the proms ) . Should I just rove the line from dozer injector and see if I'm getting any on the ground ?

Could you share your shop address to bring my semi 2016 Volvo with excessive Regen? The new DPF filter was replaced about 6 months ago. And the DEF parked regen is required every other day. I also replaced the new DPF differential pressure sensor. That did not help either. My soot level rose up every other day.
