Love the voracity of the playing back then... the speed of the groove and precision with the layed back feel to the melody as it goes vertical... Exceptional!

Awesoome song. Never saw them in concert I wish I could have.

@Mickey Winters They're not the same as they were though sadly. That's mostly due to the fact that they're older and can't have the same energy as they used to but still. Peace

I mean also the fact that Steve isn't with us anymore and rick hasn't had an arm for some time, even though he's still great without it

Thanks for sharing. I wish I was there, but I was too young (only 5 years old). That song is amazing. I like the background vocals, and both, Steve and Phil have a guitar solo.

I wonder if Joe watches this and tears up with the voice he used to have.

Who wouldn't? He and the rest of the band are still kicking... but it's not even remotely the same.

Before they sold out...?!☹️🤨😔
@karllem5313 жыл бұрын
@@joeygirl314 Well some might argue this is just after they sold out. However, this is a great album. I was impressed that they pulled this song off live. The vocals are killer and they did a great job live. I saw them live in 1983 and 1984 in Seattle, don't remember much, but they opened for Billy Squire in 83 and then hit it big.

no wonder joe's voice is absolutely shot to bits these days. i loved leppard up to and including pyromania, i think everything since is over produced crap
@lucymassari42314 жыл бұрын
yeah, he did lots of screaming when he was younger and sadly it took his ability to do high notes and for him to have that raspy screaming sound. he still sounds good though.

@@lucymassari4231 what's weird is that when he sings things rock brigade or good morning freedom he sounds good
@lucymassari42313 жыл бұрын
@@RIPANDTEAR60 not that many high notes where he screams in them. i still think he sounds amazing in everything but that my opinion lol
