First of all that's one beautiful Charvel ! I had a metal guitar pick once upon a time I had a necklace made out of it the pick was Warren D Martinez I lost it ! I’m always taken aback that when I hear/see a live cover by you that there’s always so much trem use. It’s something I always took for granted on the “in the round” footage.

I’ve had some comments saying Steve didn’t use a trem or didn’t need too as if it’s sacrilege to use one. He uses it quite a lot at this concert. I’ve never felt it as a negative that some have and it’s a shame it can be seen like that.

I've seen DL interviews where they say that Steve was a sloppy player and that Phil was the technician. I like Steve's solos better. He also came up with the guitar part for Too Late for Love.

Yes, and I think it’s a poor choice of word but I don’t see it as negative also. Steve was certainly not as ‘technical’ as Phil but he had a creative flair that was unmatched. 😁
