That would be awesome but unfortunately that's not the way it works. A team of people would be involved in tour planning and that wouldn't include a stage or tour manager.

@TheCyberMantis A tour manager takes care of the day to day business of the band on tour ,like accommodations, interviews, merchandise, things like this. A stage manager is in charge of everything that goes on, on stage at the shows. These jobs don't include planning a full tour and what cities and venues the band plays in. This is an oversimplified version of what each job entails. I'm sure Rocko knows many people but I don't think he's got the power to do what you suggest.

Yeah I'm agree with you if you said Band Maid is better rock band than LOVEBITES But if you said Band Maid is better metal band than LOVEBITES i'm sorry their album doesn't even nominated in any Metal awards, They even not performed in Wacken and Bloodstock, and They not even awarded by Metal Hammer for "Best All Female Metal Band in the world"

Silly to compare the two bands. One is rock, and one is more metal. Both bands are great. Depends on your musical taste. I like metal, so Lovebites is my favorite. But Band-Maid is great too.
