When she arrived, I found her to be more beautiful in person. My only complaints was the bright red lipstick and blue eyes. I exchanged her plastic boots for Integrity Toys boots.

Hi Edmond thanks for always bringing the heat with your great reveiws! I really like this doll more than I thought I would,I was on the fence at first with her eyes but I have dark-skinned cousins with blue eyes,being a mixed multicultural person my I have family that varies in hues as dark as coal and as light as snow and ever imaginable shade in between and the same with eye color and blue being one,so yeah I don't know their true intentions with this one but she's beautiful so I'll take it and her skintone and eye color sets her apart from Barbie. I look forward to the line growing and bringing us more variety in diversity with a plethora of various skintones and eye colors and hair textures and style for their black dolls specifically and open their line to introducing male doll as well. I also would have preferred to see her eyes in a warmer color. Brown, black or hazel would have been lovely and more realistic. I also think a more natural shade of lipstick and silver bangle earrings (instead of pearls) would have looked better with this sporty outfit. Would have also been nice if they’d given her boots some painted details too, but she’s actually really beautiful and I appreciate your review. ❤

I saw bright red lips on a dark skinned doll with an afro in the thumbnail and thought, oh no, am I about to be offended? Thankfully not. She looks like a bougie auntie who dressed down for the day. Great face sculpt. Outfitwise, I think they could've done more. The coat is looking a little like a sleeping bag.

I’m still very on the fence about the blue eyes, I think it was laziness and a definite faux pas on their part. It reminds me of the Magia Colette that had the blue eyes and gold lips. Even if her eyes were green or grey that would have been better.

I think her face sculpt & eyes are very gorgeous. ❤ But, I don't care for her bright red lips. I think a darker red would look better. I'm personaĺly not a fan of her outfit. I would give her a body upgrade & a total restyle. That's just me. I did that with the blonde one. Sadly, I missed out on the first one with the auburn hair. Great review as always, thank you.

Actually, I just got a Tommy Hilfiger one for $59. She does look better. Defa Lucy really needs to take better photos because they did this doll dirty. Would be better with brown eyes.

Real life coats made cheap as can be by yumongous machines churning out thousands of them. Laser cut fabric in big stacks of maybe 50 at a time. The miniature coats probably take up a lot more employee time and are cut individually.

I don't like the eye color and clashing lipstick eyeshadow combo on any of them. Most of all I dislike the overpainted lips. Happy u enjoy them, that's what counts.
