Those other uniform variants are actually all variants of the assault. It will default based on the first weapon class you spawn in with/have set as your favorite class for the rest of the game.

I like these Russian Assault Operators at 2:57 and 4:40. Edit: also the reason the Heavy Support Operator looked similar to the Assault is because it started with an AR but switch classes to a LMG I think same thing for the guy with the shotgun.

You really can't modify them but you can change the look of them buy using a specific weapon as a primary.

I know a way to use the AR Variant Default. You have to start the game spawning in with an AR as your primary. Then change class to whatever gun you want and you’ll be carrying an LMG or Sniper as the Assault Default Allegiance :) my favourite skin of the whole game!

No, no matter when you bought call of duty mw. You will have these skins, these skins are default. When you first started mp, this skins are automatically selected, their skins change depending on what weapom you're using. Therefore these skins are for everyone who don't want to pick the named operators or real world spec ops operators (the milsims)

It’s glitched in warzone, only works in multiplayer. it doesn’t matter what your primary weapon in your load out is, it’s always the head of the AR guy placed in the body of a different default lol. I guarantee and I hope that in Black Ops Cold War that the Soviet soldiers will have Ushanka hats and military fatigues but woodland camo like the Spetsnaz soldiers in rebirth island mission from Black Ops 1 and the face models likeness they would use is Matthias Schoenaerts, Roman Varshavky, Gideon Emery, and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau for the Slavic-European decent (Caucasian), John Cho, Brian Tee, Will Yun Lee, and Henry Golding for the Kazakh decent (Asian), Wentworth Miller, Ronnie Cash (model), that dude who's the soldier and pilot from Black Ops 3 (even though the campaign was nothing but booty) rise and fall mission, and Miguel Alves-Khan for the Afro-European decent (Biracial), Dominic Rains, Riz Ahmed,Noshir Dalal, and Omid Abtahi for the Tajik decent (Middle Eastern), Jd Pardo, Alex Hernandez, Adam Rodriguez, and Edgar Ramirez for the Cuban-European decent (Mezisto) but the face models I mentioned will have brown hair and blue eyes, athletic-bulk build that would be cool but they will have stubbles either light, medium or heavy.
