I wonder. how a well researched lecture of this caliber is free. It identifies that Dr Taimur Rahman truly loves the common peoples of this society. He conclude his lecture by saying that 'theoretical struggle is the most important struggle (toward a communist state)'. For this struggle we have to read Marx in the background of Pakistan. Thank you Sir for such a historical lecture.

Dr.Taimur excellent point. We are looking for causes of collapse of Soviet Union in 1989 in the events of 1930s!! We barely analyse bogeys of Perestroika, Glastnot --the events that emerged out of nowhere just prior to the 1989 Collapse of USSR. Except Russia, barely any of the other 14 Republics shed parasitism. They chose to have RUTHLESS OVERDEPENDENCE on Russia for over 70 years. These 14 Republics themselves were burden on USSR and invited ruthlessness to quell their mediocrity and prolonged stagnancy. Russia was overstretched. Recall Stalin's birthplace Georgia on the eve of 1989 Collapse of USSR. Highly reactionary! They (Estonia, Lithuania, Georgia) as parasites took out HAMMER from the symbol of Soviet flag in 1980s to ape America's bogey of liberalism and individualism. The result?

I must say that after listening to your lectures, I am gaining a completely different view on Communism and Socialism. In the West and also Islamic societies, Communism is seen as evil and anti religion. I believe we need to study Marxism, Socialism, Communism, Leninism, Maoism and Stalinism on their own terms and on their own merits and demerits.

Lessons for Pakistan :- Organize in groups/collectives in mind the individualised people to be conscious about their lost vision of citizenship. Feel like citizens, not subjects. Develop entrepreneurship in family. At the same time, organize socially to demand quality basic services from government, viz., safe drinking water, quality medical & health services and quality education. Dr.Taimur is right --this has to be done without shouting Zindabad Murdabad! How? Love Your "Neighbor" (I mean to say by neighbor not India who is your "Dushman Mukq" 😃. By neighbor I mean to say neighborer household in your Village and Municipal Ward). Develop social fusion. Help everyone in need. Develop cooperation. Mutual help and appreciation. Love your fellow villagers more than you exhibit love for Kashmir! Kashmir is here! Going nowhere! 😃Be confused, not!

Where can I get your book? I'm very interested in the "salary system" during the Stalin period. The Trotsky bit was quite interesting. About his Euro centrism, Trotsky critism about Stalin was also about the nature of his "brutal Asiatic" rule. I remember reading some long essay about Stalin by Trotsky and he made a big thing it. Was a while back now, I should revisit it. Even Stalin himself referred to himself as Asiatic. His daughter called him Asian in this old UK interview I was just watching. Must of been some significance attached to this, asians been seen to be authoritarian by nature. Unenlightened and undemocratic unlike Europeans. kzbin.info/www/bejne/iovaZKaEab2YhNE Oh there is a book called Oriental Despotism a comparative study of total power written in 1957. Not read it but the title tells me that feeds into the stereotype too. There's actually an interesting blog called The Oriental Despot by Jay Tharappel where he has an article called Anti-Stalinism is left wing racism .

Sorry, this one was dissappointing when compared to your other videos, seemed like a lot of hand waving and presentation of an incomplete picture which is understandable given the time constraints.
