Nooo please tell me you don't teach these techniques? Slow motion against static targets isn't going to cut it in the real world, you might as well learn a kata and say it works. You're going to get yourself and your students hurt. As for the rings, if you are teaching self defence to impressionable people and you advocate the use of these weapons then you shouldn't be teaching. Your students will end up in Court charged with possessing offensive weapons and / or inflicting GBH level injuries. And watching Jack Reacher doesn't count for this working in a fight 🤦🏻‍♂️

Defence lab hat echt gute Ansätze aber die choreographierten drills sind- so wie sie trainiert werden- sehr 'utopisch und realistisch nicht umsetzbar. Kein Mensch greift so gezielt und langsam an, dass man seine defence Techniken so ausführlich durchziehen kann.

Sehr gutes Video um Einblicke in das System zu finden. Da es ein Seminar ist würde ich den Titel bearbeiten. Was ich gut finde die Winkelarbeit und Konzept mit den Ellbogen. Aber was ich sehr fragwürdig halte ist da blocken der Schläge mit den Ellbogen was passiert wenn der Typ am Ellbogen ausrutscht oder eine Frau mit sehr klienen Ellbogenansatz die Faust des Aggresors nicht trifft und stattdessen ein Schlag ins Gesicht abbekommt? oder dieses in die hocke gehen und Ellbogenschlag oder Beine des Gegeners attackieren ? sehr risikofreudig aber ok Seminar ist Seminar. Aber trotzdem würde ich diese Punkte aufgreifen oder in einem Question and Answer video beantworten?

@@wimbledonbjj no you aren't BJJ is good in a 1v1 attacker scenario but in reality it is inferior to defense lab. Fights in real life are usually groups or 5 vs one person . humans fight in packs similar to wolves and lions and chimps . hence BJJ is useless against a real street fight . So on the contrary you are just stating nonsense my friend .
