HAL can manufacture only 8 Tejas in one year.. And by 2026 they can make 16. If we get external orders then HAL Can't even meet India's requirements.. Don't know about export orders... 🤔 Just a question before investing

I believe few Govt companies can be looked into it like IRCTC..one reason to invest depends on Govt initiative and allocation in various sectors

HAL is a great stock for portfolio. For In defence needs nation cannot rely on pvt players. The intent of govt is to strengthen the Def PSU capabilities, they’ve embarked on big time capex of premier PSUs like HAL & BEL. Tejas is next Gen Aircraft & order book is strong !!

My father worked 35 years in HAL, I Have spent 1st 22 years in HAL, seeing all bring up to scale. Today all of the vicinity in HAL (Nashik) is in ruins, the employee's are reluctant and this is really been inflated to extremes. Govt monopoly is never a true monopoly. Its in dire state!

If private players like giant Adani Group jump into this business it would impact HAL. Manufacturing of Drones is already in Adani's radar. Who knows what would happen tomorrow with HAL because the major share holder of HAL is the Government. Since the govt has a tendancy of privatisation, anything is possible.

HAL has all the orderbook but do they have the leadership to deliver it. There is a huge pending order for Sukhoi 30mki and they are not even able to fullfil that. Due to which india had to purchase ready to fly Raefel at ridiculous price. Indian airforce is completely frustrated by the incompetence of HAL.
