This video leaves out the most important factor that is how many can be manufactured by each country. US and russia have been building them in large numbers since decades so it will be considerably cheaper to manufacture as compared to india. When it comes to these type of cruise missiles the most important factors are cost and numbers. Range,accuracy etc can be considered secondary.

These very high cost 300 to 600 kg warhead carrying long range missiles have it's uses in war for striking long range targets, but in the ongoing ukraine-russia war, but the hardest to detect and intercept by ukranian air defence Forces were comparitively very cheaper 500/1000/1500 kg dumb bombs converted into precision guided glide bombs(some what similar to our spice bombs used in balakot) launched some 50 to 100 km from the target at a good altitude, these silent glide bombs not having much rcs nor much required speed to be detected by radars, nor much infra red signature nor any noise signature to be detected by other means, silently gliding towards it's target had proved to be most devasting results in destruction potential,hardest to detect and intercept but also comparitively cheaper with more bangs for bucks in destruction as compared to costlier long range missiles.

One can study the contrasting results of two wars 1) 1991 gulf war where allied forces led by USA used both cruise missiles as well as manned aircrafts with bombs , missiles and seads /dead were used to hit targets deep inside iraq including iraqi radars site, command bunkers, political power center, airbases, communication nodes, factories and ammunition dumps, transportation hubs etc thus enabling to end the war in a month or two. 2) Contrast these with russia-ukraine war due to vareity of reasons Russia has been predominately using mainly long range missiles and drones to hit targets deep inside the ukraine, and only rarely or secondarily using combat aircrafts to hit targets deep inside ukraine and the war has dragged on for more than one and half years.
