The IDF works hand in hand with the IKMF, the most organized Krav Maga association. My coach, Dindo De Jesus, is the Director of the Southeast Asian branch and meets with Avi Moyal annually for updated techniques, they revise these regularly according to new threats. I've been training with them since 2012, and after all my training with kung fu and traditional styles, the Krav Maga training streamlined everything for me. The urban warfare principles and multiple attacker drills that actually bring out your emotions and adrenaline simulate to a close to reality training as possible. I've cried multiple times at training fighting against ten people, but eventually I've figured out how with drills. Now I can apply all my training, the traditional, to modern, which includes weapons, gun training, etc. Now I don't even feel rattled in the most dire of situations, just a clear mind. Headbutts and groin attacks are the best in IKMF.

Did you know that you're not supposed to be eating pork? Go read Isaiah 66:15-17. God will consume unclean eaters with fire in the tribulation. Did you know that the Bible explicitly forbids putting up a Christmas tree? Read Jeremiah 10:1-5. Do you wanna know why the government is so terrible? It's because God is using it to punish his wicked, covenant-breaking people. Read Leviticus 26. This punishment was prophesied thousands of years ago. Read Romans 13. You speaking evil against the government is helping nothing. If you actually want to be protected then start obeying the holy covenant - the ten commandments. You do not have a lot of time left. Pride goes before destruction and we are at delusional levels of it. Judgement is coming to the house of God first so you better be prepared before tribulation comes to a stiffnecked people who hate God's commandments and reject his word. Because you are not getting raptured if you're ignoring everything God is telling you. If you don't want to be told depart from me I never knew you then you better start getting to work.

Yes! Awareness of course but especially for women. We just aren't as strong as men, at least not in upper body strength. Use our strengths against his weaknesses. Kicks and knees into his groin. Hands (fingers) to his eyes can open the groin up too. And elbows just like knees have a lot of power. Stun and run!!
