I've collected a few of these MB games based on '80s arcade games, always surprised how complicated they normally are for a kids game.

Ha! Of course, Defender was notorious for being complicated for an arcade game. All those buttons…!

I thought you might own a couple of this line. What's your favourite board game version of a computer game?

My recommended tab has been throwing me some curveballs lately and I usually ignore them, but I'm glad I didn't pass this up - you've got some good content here! Board gamers tend to focus on the more complex adult-focused games, so I'm glad to see someone treating a kid's game with the same amount of respect and care. If I could give one critique though, it's that your audio is very quiet - I had to turn my speakers up very high to hear the video.

Nice to hear that the KZbin algorithm is picking up the channel and getting it to new viewers! :) Thanks for the feedback. Did you find that the audio is quiet on just this video, or my other ones as well?

@@AtticRaidersRetroReviews I've only watched one other video of yours, but it was very quiet as well. For reference, I like to put KZbin videos on my second monitor while I play games on the main monitor. Even with the game volume turned very low, it still overpowers the audio of your video.

They also did a plain cover for Donkey Kong and Pac-Man. I have them, but would much rather the artwork versions lol

Agreed, the artwork is so much nicer.

Totally rad review, dude! It makes me oddly jealous - I already own a copy, but most of my games get played with my game group, and itʼs hard to get two‐player‐only games to the table! I think secret scorekeeping is not the way to go, but my main reason is that keeping it in the open helps eliminate scoring mistakes (just mistakes…surely weʼre not concerned about cheating, are we?). But I think your argument in favor of open scorekeeping makes sense too. And youʼre right: The movement might also benefit from a little house‐ruling. Whatever - I look forward to playing this…sometime!

Funny, I'm jealous in the opposite direction - lots of 2-player games getting played, but not a lot of 4 or more player games...
