In the DeMatteis run, in the crossover with the Avengers and Squadron, if I recall, he spends a lot of that as Bruce. And then in my first issue (#122) we have the ever-so rare Hulk with Banner's intellect and that's great because he's there with Doc and Surfer telling Namor to calm down and listen to reason.

Lunatik is Quentin Tarantino's mod makeover of Ronald McDonald. Or Spike Lee's concept of a revenge Minstrel. He's urban, he's edgy, he's too ridiculous not to be brilliant and it's up to the reader to determine how (have we failed?).
