What exactly do you mean by a grab and stab?

Non dominant hand grabs chest shoulder region and dominant hand stabs soft targets stomach, liver upper abdominal area. Usually one motion but can be two. Hope that explains it a little better.

Well the the concept of meeting the trajectory it stays the same. But once someone has grabbed you, the situation changes and you should apply some other principles.
