They don't have any evidence. Clearly visible from how cops and commonwealth are using women interest group to give out interviews daily. Was the body dragged out or body parts taken away and dumped? Police says both...to arrest the accused they say the body was dragged out. But to make the case they are saying body parts were removed and dumped from the house. Mamta's relatives must call FBI and request them to investigate with reason that local police have screwed this up.

the fact the NONE of the prosecutors' evidences have presented a 100% concrete proof to keep his defense not ask for his release is disappointing. No real witnesses, no real camera footage of him throwing the body parts, no discovery of murder weapons, nothing detectives could make him confess. This case is only moving forward because people want to believe Naresh killed his wife. Even if he did, they need to present satisfactory evidences.

DV Flag: The victim set the flag ON & OFF as per her needs. DV#1 : Last feb she sent the pic to her brother and told him to hold it to later LATER (did she meant till the USCIS interview or she predicted way before that she would go missing on Aug)? DV#2 : As per reported by his friend. The incident is Naresh slapped Mamta after she poured rice over him. Not sure who was hurt. DV or WWE ? That’s it. The tik tok and social media is filled with happy pics and videos. If there was a severe DV then she would have definitely posted it on the tik tok and all her supporters would have given a voice for her way before.

Am sorry...but both the cop and the magistrate are not fit for the job. The colluded to lockup someone. Yes possible he is guilty but Mamta will not get any justice if the commonwealth continues to cook up evidences and arrest warrants. If you want justice for Mamta, question all versions of the police so that they keep doing there work and not cook up evidences.

IF...its a big IF....Naresh did not kill Mamta, the conduct of the police will makes sure the actual killer gets away. The commonwealth has created a situation with help of women group where no one will come out if they had seen something...something else. People will be hounded if they speak the truth the way we see interest groups give out interviews daily. The state has failed Mamta and victims like her by creating such environment.
