She would never left her child and walk away. Naresh Bhatt belongs behind bars for LIFE. His wife, a dedicated mother, a girl of pure culture from Nepal and a registered nurse missing and he reported it after 5 days? Really! Her coworkers called the police for welfare check. When she spoke up and him and marital issues. He drained their bank account. She was going to get her citizenship and he hide her green card. His parents from Nepal visited her home and also abused her and agreed with their son to torture his wife. Shameless & evil.

the defense is arguing that blood is not a body part and that is according to Virginia State laws. Or the laws of the county. the defense is trying to argue that she is alive. Remember Virginia is a common wealth state. one of only four In the United states. Some say there is no political differences from other states but I don't completely believe that. He has a right to a speedy trial, the DA shouldn't have brought any case til they had her body, I'm almost positive that if you are charged with a crime and another element of that same crime isn't charged they can't go back and charge you again if you get off. So they couldn't go and charge you with tampering with a body if you got off of murder. So I don't think that they'd be able to charge him with murder if he got off of tampering with a body because it's the same set of circumstances. I'm pretty sure one of the KZbin lawyers Bruce Rivers I think his name is talked about it. They have to drop the charges and they are not allowed to recharge him with anything that came out of those circumstances. Not 100% sure but I'm almost positive that that's how that works.

You got to look at it from a cultural perspective. Remember when one of her friends that was interviewed a while back it was the young lady that organized the baby shower? She said that in the days leading up to the party her and mom went out to a store I guess to go get some food spices or food supplements. The young lady reported that her husband either called her and or his wife on the phone while they were in the car and demanded that she hurry up and bring his wife back home because he insisted on it so there was obviously some tension there not only between the two married people, but also between the rush and others that hung around his wife.
