I am watching from Papua New Guinea and I am so amazed of the. .improved diplomacy strategy by Secretary Blinken on foreign affairs. Working with the local level government is the way forward. Local Level Government is where the population interacts cohesively . I strongly believe working with local level government will see citizens taking ownership in the implementation of government Planning and Policies going forward.
