Sir, talking about abatement of nuisance, the example you gave about the cutting the branches of trees by entering into the owner's land then person wouldn't be liable for trespass. Could you please cite a case law where such circumstances happened and person is not liable for trespass??

Professor if I may have a moment. Its really my pleasure. I live in Texas. I enjoy this law and its repercussion. A perfect crime has been troubling me. Have you seen the media? A young female child with lethal force is glorified in the media. Following a later youtube video of, women in Kentucky who are not trespassed, with firearms. While those in appearances alone, homeless individuals, are thwarted. So much intrigue as well. We may not assume. So interesting though what a jury might not even listen to with the way this is going.

S/w sir, I have some doubt... Actually my father have gifted his own share of land to my mother. But the land mutation is still under process. But right now, my neighbour encroached half of my land and starts construction work on my land premises without measuring the land. So tell me how to stop RCC construction on my land. Is it possible to demolish his building if my lands comes under his area.

Re entry on land means that suppose i am the owner of any land and if you dispossessed me from my land. Being a owner i am having a very right to take possession at any time, if i take possession of land from which i am dispossessed by you and if you filed a suit against me contending that i am dispossessed you, at that time i can take the defence of re entry on land because being a owner of that land i am having a right to have possession of that land.

@@rachana2549 for example i purchase a open plot and left it without any kind of fencing, you have erected shed on my plot, people nearby obliviously feel that you are the owner of that plot but the fact is i am the owner. So as soon as you erected shed on my plot, you have committed the tort of trespass and i being a owner of that plot i am having a very right to enter on that plot and take possession, this remedy is called re entry on land.
