My opinion as someone who spent too much time in armored vehicles. It’s very tight inside, the exterior is overly stylized, very poor visibility (windows are not a weak point like people think), the right seat screen appears to block a lot of visibility, two seat capacity (kind of odd). No spare tire, no external storage and limited internal storage (we carry lots of stuff(, no easy to swap grill guard. The weapon choice is interesting. Too small for armored vehicles or hardened targets, not not really for infantry. So basically it’s effective for lightly armored vehicles? I think having a coaxial gun like a 240 would be beneficial, or the main gun as an M2 or GAU-19 would be more universal. The ammo drum would need a quick change capability too. Just my two cents
@corentinnaisse535010 ай бұрын
As they say, it is more a proof of concept as a technology demonstrator. The company is specialized in designing turrets, not vehicles, and they usually adapt their turrets on all kind of chassis from other manufacturers. Severely lacking in defensive capabilities, it's turret can't even go 360 degrees making it already obsolete against drones

"problem we have is we designed this for 2 pers crew, they want 4 or 6." that doesn't sound like a real problem. That just sounds like you need to put in a few more seats, and split a few control panels.

They need the extra reinforcements inside for the bigass gun ontop. This is honestly a retarded design. Idk what countries are gonna be using this
@jaxturner728810 ай бұрын
Yeah obviously it’s just as simple as throwing in a couple more seats. 👌

It would be way better if you could lengthen it slightly and fit 4 guys in the back and use a 30mm auto cannon, but light vehicles with good auto cannons has been an idea I’ve had for a long time. Step in the right direction, cockerel seems like the company to do it
