Self Love - Mavi is one of the most hauntingly soulful pieces of art I've ever experienced

This man's verse on El Toro Combo Meal changed my life. "All we going all bread for conquest" my guy. A rapper just quoted Kropotkin!!! And the line "what's the alternate when loses come as often as wins?" This guy is a legend

I keep telling other old heads, constantly complaining about "no good HipHop", that they're out of their minds... heard that this resurgence of greatness is being called the "Invisible Renaissance". Couldn't be a better name for it!

@Hollow Vegeta⁸ It's a tragedy really, I remember when the radio switched up it's sound, for those older/less into tech (think DMX), there's nothing else and no way to find it. So much is going on online though, it's the place to find it all.

Mavi and I share the same birthday, and when he released Let The Sun Talk on our birthday it felt so refreshing, amazing, beautiful and I've never heard anything from him, maybe a few features, but that first Let The Sun Talk listen on a warm night in October will always be one of the best days of my life ever, chilling with my homies, in our country it's still really warm in October, late night, smoking weed, having fun, vibing
