There's the bit in one episode when they're trying to work out who Fanny is having an affair with, and Robin says it has to be someone in the room (at the time). Kitty then says 'or the Captain' (who isn't in the room) and Robin looks at Julian and says, 'Someone in this room' again. Julian and Robin (and I reckon all of them except Kitty) know.
