The random character is indeed the player. The Chosen One in fallout 2 destroys the enclave’s oil rig. The Lone Wanderer in fallout 3 helps the brotherhood destroy the enclave at Raven Rock or help them with their plans.

canon wise, the lone wanderer did destroy the enclave base at Raven Rock, they are pretty much destroyed as a faction by the time fallout 4 unless their is another branch still out there or a new group will form that has remnants of the enclave or adopt their plans.

11:11 Unfortunately, Frank Horrigan was part of the Enclave when they were still stationed on the West Coast, and died some 40 years before Liberty Prime (who was housed in the Pentagon in Washington) was activated. Frank Horrigan shows up in Fallout 2, while Liberty Prime is in Fallout 3. So while an epic idea, no such Frank v. Liberty fight could have taken place.

That and liverty prime woulda demolished frank. Frankl was one of if not the most powerful being in fallout. But liberty prime is not a being, it is a sky scrapper sized mecha that throws nukes and fires lazers from it's eyes. Frank would not have stood a chance.

The "random characters" are the player characters. In fact, each one has a specific title that the storyteller is using so you can tell which game they're from. Fallout: The Vault Dweller Fallout 2: The Chosen One Fallout 3: The Lone Wanderer Fallout New Vegas: The Courier Fallout 4: The Sole Survivor

In Fallout 1, you play as the Vaultdweller. In Fallout 2, the Chosen One. Both wear the number 13. In Fallout 3, the Lone Wanderer with the number 101. And in New Vegas, as the Courier (or Courier Six).

And just to clarify things Vault 13 suit in Fallout 2 is a indirect reference that player from Fallout 2 is a descendant of the protagonist from Fallout 1, as the player there was ultimately banished from his own vault for being "tainted" by the wasteland and not fit for peaceful home. From the outside a Frank VS Liberty Prime battle would be a spectacle, but within the game Liberty Prime can one hit fragment anything. Liberty Prime's laser even has an AOE (Area of Effect) It can blow even the largest Super Mutant's to bits even if the laser didn't make direct contact.

The enclave still existed somewhat in new Vegas but they were very old people. They still flew vertabirds and took part in the battle of Hoover dam. Fortunately they are no longer a threat to anyone. And the vertabirds just became flying buses. The president was shut down ending the enclave for good. Caesar’s legion took the enclave’s place as the big evil of the wasteland while the institute was destroyed years later.

Ken is correct. The people who defeated the Enclave both times were the protagonists of Fallout 2 and Fallout 3. The Chosen One and The Lone Wanderer respectively. Albeit with some help from the Brotherhood of Steel lol Now all that remains of them are the Remnants, former members of the Enclave who want live a simpler life.

Semper Fi! Frank Horrigan is often considered the hardest boss in all of Fallout. However, while he'd do better than most, he'd still be on the long list of beings trounced by Liberty Prime. It took The Enclave using a sat/comm strike to take Prime down and even after he was rebuilt 10 years later, not even The Institute, which is arguably more advanced than The Enclave, could take down Prime in a direct fight. Liberty Prime is the ultimate Unstoppable Force that has yet to meet an Immovable Object that can match him.

Now what’s really funny and quite ironic is that Liberty Prime is all about fighting for ‘freedom’ and American Old World values, while also fighting the Enclave… which is the remnant of the U.S Government. They have states, printed money and mended coins. a standing military with ranks and a command structure they even have an old rust bucket B15 bomber plane when a random guy helps them with foreign relations with a tribe of vault dwellers but thats a story for another time I guess

Frank Horrigan vs Liberty Prime would've never happened as Frank resided on the East Coast, off of San Francisco, while Liberty Prime was stored near Boston. Also Frank Horrigan died on the Oil Rig when the "Wanderer" blew it up years before Liberty Prime was activated, so they are separated not only geographically, but also by time. However, if it did come down to it, as nasty as Horrigan is, there is no possibility of him taking down Liberty Prime, at least not by himself through conventional means. It would be like trying to demolish the statue of Liberty by a singular person. Even if that person is quite jacked, it's just not going to happen without some special equipment for the job.

Frank Horrigan wouldn't survive a fight with either version of Liberty Prime. Horrigan was big, but only as humans go... he could likely look in a low second story window but no higher. He also carried his weapons on him, and had to make do with what he could collect or utilize. Liberty Prime on the other hand WAS a weapon. Four stories tall, at least, and armed to the teeth: Version 1 with two shoulder mounted lasers and a backpack full of mini nukes. Version 2 had a single much more powerful laser (visor mounted), he was larger and more mobile that version 1, and also had that backpack full of nuclear fun. Horrigan, much as I loved killing him in Fallout 2, wouldn't survive a single blast from version 2. He'd only last a shot or two longer from version 1.

Hubris is a hard thing to overcome, and if these had been better leaders of science, industry, and politics, they wouldn't have driven the country to the brink of ruin from depleting even nuclear deposits for energy instead of increasing efficiency and using more alternative energy sources. They wouldn't have reorganized all the states into 13 commonwealths or resorted to other petty tricks to appeal to basic patriotism. They wouldn't have had to rile people up with the second red scare. If they'd had the decency to realize what they were doing shouldn't be continued, they wouldn't have lead America and the world to ruin. And after 100+ years of generals, CEO's, politicians, unethical scientists, whatever bootlickers secured a place with them, and finally their descendants being isolated from wider perspective and competing view points on the US government in the leadup to the resource wars and the subsequent nuclear shootout, the Enclave would have been ill suited to change and actually serve their country how the US government should. They weren't the test subjects. The dwellers in vaults were. Ostensibly, some of these social experiments were to tell the Enclave how to run a better society and potentially start America anew on a new planet.

Never did like the Storytellers series. He uses the ugly fallout 3 graphics for everything, when a lot of the art from the original games is far superior. What is showed in this video looks nothing like what Frank Horrigan looked like. Also he glosses over the greatest hero of the fallout universe, the Chosen One from Fallout 2. The one responsible for taking down the Enclave and Horrigan. Also his trusty companions, Marcus the Supermutant, Sulik, Cassidy, Goris etc.
