Ray Lee But Uzi has never been the best in LPL last year . NaMei outclassed him in the all LPL . uzi has always performed well in Summer and world that's it . Considering they're a relatively new team it's incredible to see just how strong EDG has looked throughout this season. They've consistently racked up the numbers, shown up when it counts in the big games and played their own game, taking what they need from other teams and then adapting it to suit their way of playing. With this in mind it'll be a genuine upset if they don't at least make it to semi's at worlds in my opinion. With the hole left in the scene by the breakup of Samsung Blue and White's original rosters i have to say that EDG is looking so ridiculously strong at the moment that it's hard to see anyone really measuring up. People thought TSM and others from the NA/Chinese/Korean scene had a genuine chance at MSI but EDG even took SKT to task in the finals and clinched the final game very convincingly. It's not about big plays with EDG it's all about the building of momentum. Really impressive to watch in action.

Pared with Kujaa, they were easily best botlane in the west. He had cs lead on lane in every single game on Dreamhack,(especially in finals against fnatic (20-40)), targeted Corki bans ever since Dreamhack, after AAA he was invited to join SK and fnatic right after and you are saying he wasn't any good and Leaders of biggest eSports organizations ever picked him up for no reason? you are making a GIANT mistake of comparing him to players nowadays. looking at Deft and Imp you consider him "bad" cause he wasn't flash dodging abilities, kiting 1 v 4 or making sick outplays, but he was the one of the People who created meta of ADC / Support lane, for the time he was playing he was 2 steps ahead of everyone else (excluding Lamia and CandyPanda).

Arguing who is the best top/mid/ad/jg/sup is pointless. What matters is that when you put 5 ppl together they can make things happen. It doesn't matter if faker has the title of best (i doubt it) lb player or faker has absurdly high win rate with lb, what matters is that when pawn rooted faker in team fight, when deft is able to pick up kills with or without aids from his teammate, when meiko kept deft alive and when clearlove and koro double flanked STK's back.

Let me start out by saying every role in the game is important. That being said, it's sometimes hard to give credit to ADCs when literally everyone on your team is hyper-focused on making your job easy. As long as your 4 teammates are doing a good job of assassinating the enemy carry and peeling for you, all you have to do is land your skill shots and/or keep on right clicking the crap out of whatever is nearest to you, and you've done your job as an ADC. It's not nearly as hard as having to dive into 5 enemies to try and kill the enemy ADC ( assassins ), or peeling off 1 or sometimes 2 people diving YOUR adc as well as healing ( supports ) or landing all your CC/silences and initiating the fight properly so your team goes into it with an advantage ( tanks ). Not saying it doesn't take skill to be an ADC, but I mean, just after watching that first Ezreal replay... just look at it. At the beginning he's just standing there buried underneath his teammates, and then at one point he even runs out of the fight entirely and hides behind a tree for a few seconds. Once again, I'm not calling him bad or saying he shouldn't have played safely, but I'm just saying his role was relatively easy. All he has to do is hide, not die, and then run in at the end and throw out a few Qs to clean up. It was PawN, Clearlove, and korol who did most of the work that fight, Deft just ran and landed 5 or 6 Qs. They're called "carries" but in all honesty the only reason he can carry is because his team stands in front sacrificing themselves so that Deft doesn't have to worry about a single thing in the fight. In other words, Deft can only carry the team if the team is carrying Deft. Lol.

Playing AD requires more patience and positioning than any of the other roles. You have almost no instant damage, you can't just sit in the enemy team or one shot a carry like the other roles can, and you usually have almost no cc or self peel. If your team is bad you have to protect yourself so heavily and you have to know exactly where to move after each auto, have perfect timing when canceling your animations, and know how to calmly play when your entire team dies and you're left to clean up a fight 1v5 or 2v5. One misplay and you can lose entire fights so easily. It's such a stressful and vulnerable role, and you rely so heavily on your teammates and positioning to do anything. In a great team of course ad is gonna look more easy than it is, but everyone is gunning for your head if you're someone like deft, and the fact that he can play so aggressively in such a calculated manner and literally hard carry his teams is something you don't find in the other "more difficult" roles.

***** wx still streams, and lots of pro LPL support ask him for duo(IG kitties, OMG Cloud etc) everyday just because he is still so good. He left the pro scene because he got a million dollar deal from a chinese stream company and he said he just want to really have fun playing this game as his WE teammates were really not that good so he lost faith while unwilling to change team like clearlove did. Though, before his retirement, even when his team was bad, he managed to carry his team to playoffs and won his lane almost every single game, speaks of a true legend.
